Text Box: A regular maid service will be provided throughout your stay, whilst other cleaning services, like washing and ironing, may be available upon request and subject to a small charge which is payable locally. We can provide a full evening BBQ twice a week if you wish at a very reasonable cost, or simply Do It Yourself !!!

Quinta da Horta

Quinta da Horta comprises two charming rustic villas, both completely self contained and furnished to a very high standard, but still retaining the authentic Algarvian charm and character. It is situated in Calcada, on the outskirts of Sao Bras de Alportel, and just 10 minutes drive from the picturesque market town of Loule, 15 Minutes from Tavira and 15 minutes from Faro Airport. Well placed for exploring the countryside, either walking or cycling, Sao Bras village is a short 5 minute walk, where there are restaurants, shops and bars a plenty.

Villa Teresa

Villa Teresa is a 2 bedroom Quinta that comfortably sleeps 4/5 people, modern kitchen and shower room with lounge area and Satellite TV and Hi-Fi. Outside there is a large salt-water pool with patio, shaded seating and eating areas and a large BBQ.

Villa Julia

Villa Julia is a 1 bedroom Quinta that comfortably sleeps 2 adults with room for small children, if required. A modern kitchen, shower room and lounge compliment the accommodation along with Satellite TV and Hi-Fi. Outside there is a large salt-water pool with Patio, shaded seating and eating areas and a large BBQ.

Gardens

There are several shaded seating areas and a Patio around the pool where you can enjoy the sun and the local wine, in a perfect tranquil setting.

The large BBQ is to the side of the Pool, in what was once the old Pig Sty, so you can enjoy an evening meal or snack, beside the Pool, with clear skies and the fragrance of Orange, Lemon, Datura and Honeysuckle drifting in the warm summer breeze.

The well established Gardens are full of many other colorful, fragrant and tropical, plants, fruit trees and shrubs, that provide a perfect and tranquil setting for a very relaxing and memorable holiday. We are confident that you will have an unforgettable holiday at Quinta da Horta, as many of our clients return year on year.

We have just added Free Range Hens and Ducks to our Quinta and you can now enjoy fresh eggs for your breakfast
